I bought a brand new 06 TRX 450ER cut it in half built a new frame off it to accept 06 CRF 450R parts. I designed my own triple clamps and Had them built by Bob Weiss of Weiss Racing. I then installed a Applied Stem and used CRF bearings. I designed the front Hub and had Tioga Tool build that and the CRF Style extended axle. I used dual CRF wheel bearings and spacers. The forks are 06 CRF shortend and resprung/revalved and have 11" travel. 06 CRF front barkes are used. The front fender is "Temporarally" a 86/87 ATC 200X untill my new designed one is finished. The rear suspension is a Custom +2" Walsh Racecraft "savior" set up with a PEP shock. A RPM Domminator 2 axle is used along with a RPM millinium carrier and anti fade brake hub. finished off with Dual beadlock Hy per wheels and turf tammer tires.
The motor has a 06 CRF with a HRC cam. I used a 07 CRF Carb and with R&D float bowl Works Connection Fuel screw and a moose earth magnet drail bolt. A Insane Perf. aluminu air box and Uni airfilter are used. A HRD titanium headpipe and Pro Circuit Ti 4 titanium sliencer handle the exhaust. A moose magnetic oil filter cover protects the motor. More mods are planned for the motor. Fuidyne 4 core 06 CRF radiators are used with a Boyesen Water pump cover and custom prop. (This is still being tested)Sidewinder Ti moly Chain and sprockets are used and a PRM Grab bar protects the rear. I am also working on a custom seat to fill is coesmetic gap at tank junction. it is not noticable when siting or riding.
